烧结钕铁硼
产品介绍
烧结钕铁硼磁铁在常温下拥有优异的磁性能,常见的外型为圆片, 环型, 方块, 扇形, 瓦型,複杂的尺寸加工及细微的公差亦可满足,使得烧结钕铁硼磁铁成为目前高端商用电机类使用最广泛的磁石,另钕铁硼磁铁成品需进行表面镀层,常用的镀层方式有镀镍、镀锌或环氧树脂,镍镀层抗湿热、耐盐雾,为烧结钕铁硼磁铁最常用的镀层。
特色
1.烧结钕铁硼磁铁是目前所知磁能积最高的永久磁石材料, 高矫顽力(iHc)也是本产品的特点之一。
2.钕铁硼磁铁透过合适的夹具及合适的工艺辅助下,异型加工也是可行的,但不建议客户将磁石自行做后续的加工,因涂层的破坏会产生产品的氧化。
3.由于钕铁硼的高磁能积特性(BHmax可达52~56MGOe) 产品可设计于轻、薄、短、小的电子产品、手机及微小电机;近来绿能及汽车工业也是钕铁硼磁石应用上的要角。
4.因应牌号差异(M, H, SH, UH, EH, AH),钕铁硼磁铁的最高工作温度范围为80度到220度。
